Family medicine · Randallstown, MD
Legacy Integrative Healthcare is a solo primary care practice led by Cynthia Okonkwo, CRNP, FNP. Personal, unhurried medicine for you and your family, in the office and by telehealth.
About the practice
At a large group you can feel like a number. Here you see the same provider every visit, someone who learns your history, answers your questions without rushing, and builds a plan around your life.
Legacy Integrative Healthcare blends conventional primary care with attention to nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellness, treating the whole person rather than a single symptom. Cynthia Okonkwo founded the practice to give Randallstown families a medical home built on listening, trust, and continuity.
"The best medicine begins with listening. My goal is for every patient to feel known, not rushed."
